I’m male 27 yrs of age lifting nearly a year, seeing alright results but believe it could be better my diet is good i believe could be better sometimes due to hectic life or night out, but still trying to keep it best to my knowledge.
Some of my friends take anabolics but I totally want to stay away of that horrible stuff. I don’t like over grown muscles like that anyway. But I wonder is there a natural way how to increase testosterone without putting your health and your gear down below at risk
I take flax seed oil now and then,take multivitamin every day and eat fish once or twice a week (by fish I didn’t mean tuna but thats in my diet also)

So is it worth it to look for natural test booster? if ya does work and what about the side effects
