I can’t really say if one thing works. I’ve spent hundreds on worthless supplements only to find out they don’t work. What works best for me is balance. A good night of rest is a great start. A walk in the morning feeds your brain the oxygen it needs. Same with a high protein breakfast, it feeds the brain. Sugar will only break your concentration, same with any high carb snack including any and all fruit, toast, cereal… High glucose levels also drain you of the proper energy your entire body needs, especially your brain.
Some supplements improve circulation which can be very dangerous because if you were to hit your head hard enough like in a car accident, it could cause you to bleed to death internally.
If I was to recommend anything, it would be B-12 because it relaxes you. The pills you melt under your tongue are the best. Fish oil does the same thing. But I don’t notice that when I take capsules. I have been taking bottled Cod Liver Oil for a few months and I’m not the same without it. Make sure it has nitrogen to keep it from spoiling otherwise it can do more harm than good (which is why I don’t take capsules)

You can’t really do better than a good balanced diet, exercise also increases brain blood supply and it has been suggested that vigorous exercise delays dementia.

The things to avoid are alcohol binges, which kill brain cells, smoking which decreases oxygen in the blood and also thickens it, and drugs, especially cannabis, which causes brain atrophy or shrinkage, which causes and accelerates dementia!
