I have Centrum Forte now and I have been taking Cod liver oil capsules till now.. I was just wondering if i can take both at the same time.. like one in the morning and one in the evening? would it have any side effects

Cod Liver Oil is rich in Vitamins A and D. Taking that with a multi could overdose you on those since they are both fat-soluble vitamins that can build up to toxic levels in your body
cod liver oil is all natural so it wouldn’t matter what you took it with. It would have the same effect as taking water with your pills.
